Billing Issues
I had bought a subscription to Duolingo, however, the payment method has been declined. It says it was trying to use my phone (EE) to make the payment but could not. I am now unable to remove the phone as a payment method because it has an outstanding charge (duolingo), I cannot update it nor change it to my preferred method which works fine and has other subcriptions on. What am I able to do to resove this?
