attempt to withdraw funds from the card

Greetings, I have a problem, it is that my card is trying to charge $8.47 for some reason. This amount comes from an in-game purchase that has ALREADY been debited! The 99 cents game I bought and the YouTube music subscription I pay regular $3.99 for! The other two purchases have already been charged to my account and I don't understand why I have to pay for it twice! Also, I can't install apps on my old phone due to the fact that for some reason you don't match my card, which was tied up a long time ago. Does it not fit because there is not enough money on it to steal it? Well excuse me for that. Could you please sort this out for me? I would be very grateful.

I re-paid this transaction now and it still weighs as "pending "
