How do I delete Cloud Converter if it doesn't show up in my applications or on my launchpad?

I have a similar issue to the person below who's claim I found while searching for solutions:

"I downloaded Cloud Converter because a student video I had to grade would not load on my 2012 Macbook Pro, however, now when I try to preview docs from Google Drive the Cloud Converter opens instead and asks me all sorts of questions to convert files. I cannot seem to find a way to permanently get rid of Cloud Converter. I don't want it. It does not show up in the list on MacPaw CleanMyMac as an option to uninstall. Advice please! Thanks.
