I dropped my airpod pro case on the ground and both pods flew out, I put the pods back in and the next day I tried connecting them to my phone but they did not work. The airpods and case are fully charged but still don’t want to connect. I tried restarting them that also didn’t work.
any ideas how to fix this?

hi, I tried to reset them but this didn't work, they're acting as if they're out of battery but they're fully charged.
