Tickets disappearing from wallet

I have been adding passes successfully. They are there in the wallet for a while, but they disappear quickly enough that they aren’t there when it’s time to board. They have not expired. And the hide when expired switch is off. Please help.

Still happening for me. I raised a support ticket and spoke to Apple. They suggested turning off iCloud syncing on Wallet. It made no difference.

I’m on an XS. My wife is on a 13 Pro and doesn’t have this issue.

Same for me. I had tickets to football games that have just disappeared and were previously successfully added - months ago.

Same here, tickets added one day ago disappear after less than 24h. Started happening around October. I’m on 15.7.1 iPhone 8.

Concert tickets, boarding passes, it doesn’t matter, they all disappear within 24h after adding them.

Same thing happening here since iOS 16. Also, why has the ability to remove passes been buried inside ticket information?

This does not address the issue of passes disappearing from the wallet

thank you, although adding ticket back into the wallet each time is a solution either. I am not sure if Apple is even addressing this or if it is a bigger/lesser issue for the larger community.
