Unable to activate imessage

i could use imessage on my new sim the moment i got it. Recently, i was in a situation where i had to use my old sim so i changed it and used it and when i went back to my new sim, i was unable to use imessage on the new sim. Activation error is all it shows

Make sure you are logged in with your Apple ID on iMessage and SMS are enable settings/ messages/send as SMS , call your cellphone carrier and ask to activate the SMS on your new SIM card , in order to make imessage works needs SMS enabled
