MacBook add extra OneDrive account to 'locations' in 'finder.

Does anyone know how to add a second OneDrive account to 'locations' in 'finder'?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.3

Ventura iCloud Desktop sync issue I have a Mac Pro desktop and M1 Max MacBook Pro that are both running Ventura 13.0.1. Since upgrading to Ventura I get very sporadic sync issues between the desktops of both computers. New files added will add but deleting of files doesn't work. So it is syncing, just not accurately. I have tried, rebooting, signing out and back into iCloud, changing networks. Anybody else having issues with Ventura properly syncing their desktops between two devices?
