Try restarting your iPhone by pressing the volume up button, pressing the volume down button, and then pressing and hold the power/sleep button. Keep holding the button down until the Apple Logo appears on screen.

If that is not it, then please explain exactly what you are seeing, and what happens when you select a region? IS there no next button?
