MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017) - kernel: (AppleSMC) Previous shutdown cause: -128

Hi People,


My MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017) is randomly getting shutdown whenever on charging or in an ideal state. . After checking for last 24 Hr shutdown logs I got below cause. can you please help me in resolving the same. Thought frequency is very less but I'm getting interrupted in work.

Machine Details:


MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017)

macOS Big Sur version: 11.6.1 (20G224)

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.14

Hi,

It could be RAM related issue, try to check your MacBook Air with Apple Diagnostics if it reports RAM related error.
