Hi All,
"Hey Siri" is not working when my iPhone is playing music, whatever from Spotify or music library or even from YouTube, it looks like my sound is being covered my the music, so Siri can't listen to my voice, I tried many times to turn the volume down a little bit to see whether Siri can listen, finally success when the volume turn to 0%. Wanna know whether Apple will take a look on this issue. Btw HomePod mini hasn't got this issue.

1. Go to Settings > Siri & Search and ensure that these features are enabled:
• Listen for "Hey Siri"
• Allow Siri When Locked
2. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Siri and turn on Always Listen for "Hey Siri." (Siri won't respond when your device is face down or covered.)
3. Remove any screen protectors, films, or cases from your iPhone.
4. Clear any debris from the openings of your iPhone.
5. Be sure you're running the latest software version on your iPhone 11. (Secure your data with a backup before proceeding):
