If I open a webpage in iPhone chrome, touch the share button, and press <More>, I only see the apps below, no Messages/Messenger/Telegram/Facebook... If I open the same webpage in Safari, I see at least 30 apps to share the link. Why?

You will have to contact Google and ask them about it. Chrome is not an Apple product.
I guess it's probably due to my iPhone being an enterprise-managed (MDM) device.
