my teen daughter is using 140GB of our 250GB family plan. I keep asking her to delete photos but there has to be a better way ! Help !

my teen daughter is using 140GB of our 250GB family plan. IMy usage, as the keeper of the family photos and important documents is only at 74GB. We keep asking her to delete photos but there has to be a different explanation or better way to help keep her usage under control .

Help !

All shared storage is first-come, first-served. It may be beneficial to increase your iCloud storage plan or to ask her to delete or offload images.
