Hiya I have a question. One of my contacts has been able to see what they are saved as in my contacts. We have been emailing and I have their name and email saved in my phone but not their real name as I have a nickname for them. They have somehow been able to see this information. How is that possible?

There is not a way that the names you have selected in your contacts would be seen by another person, no. The only possibilities would be if you somehow provided them with a screenshot of a message or something like that, where they could see the names at the top.
It could maybe happen if your account was compromised and they were able to gain access to your Contacts and see them directly. I have figured out what happened. The mail app on iPhone syncs with contacts, and when sending/receiving emails, the mail app will show you what you are saved as in the senders phone as linked with the contacts!!!!
