My watch is stuck on the Apple screen and keeps shutting off and on but not getting past that screen. I’ve tried a hard factory reset multiple times as well as unpaired it from my phone and nothing has made a difference. Any suggestions?

Try force restarting your watch: press and hold down both buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
Be sure to allow a few minutes for your Apple Watch to start.
