Is these AirPods fake?

The serial number in the box and the case are the same but not in settings.

Hi,

You should see the same serial number on the packaging, on the inside of the charging case, and in Settings > Bluetooth > AirPods or Settings > General > About if they are paired.

If the serial number aligns with the packaging, and the inside of the charging case, then that should also reflect in Settings. This is due to the product identifier being the wireless charging case, not the AirPods.

I would recommend contacting Apple Support for further clarification.

Who is the seller? If it is Apple, then contact Apple. See if they were mis-packaged. They should read the same.
