With iPhone 12 models and later using iOS 15.2 and later, you can go to Settings > General > About to see the parts and service history of your iPhone and you can see if the camera has been replaced. If the repair was done using genuine Apple parts and processes, you will see "Genuine Apple Part" next to Camera.

Download iOS but it’s not installing and it damage my network signal 😢
I upgraded my iPhone from 15.4 to 15.5 since then mobile data issue detected and Face ID issue detected ,and the lasted version will download but not installed I don’t know why maybe cause my iPhone is not bringing network anymore due to the upgrade
