my iPhone fell and shut off

I accidentally dropped my phone and it just shut off. It said i had no service and was not connection the my carrier. it does not give me the option to use my phone sine it says no service. my sim card is in i even took it out and put it in.

Hi Alexa,

Is the hardware on top of what seems to a Carrier issue damaged as well? Cracked?

If hardware issue, you most likely are covered under Apple Care or Apple Care +

Warranty. They Apple Care teams are great about working out what’s still covered and helpful coverage options. I would suggest calling them.


Definitely reach out to your carrier if completely no service.

Any outage issues by chance?

Lastly, how far was the drop and how long have you had that exact device?
