TAB key just stuck.. cant do much, any advice?

So the CAPS and the TAB key was sticky, i just take both of them out, cleaned it. Clipped the CAPS back first, all fine. Then, the TAB.. however its stuck and wont come up. Didnt touch the scissors mechanic, left it there ..
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.4
