Complaint in the App store

I hit “get“ on a new app. It said it was free. But as soon as I opened it, I got a screen that telling me that I had to sign up for a one-year recurring subscription for $9.99. They said there was a three-day cancellation policy.

I tried the app. It was terrible. It didn’t work on the first file. However, there is no opportunity in the app to cancel within the three days. I have been charged $9.99.
