dynamic desktop won't download

To me, that would indicate an Internet Connection issue and / or some Third Party Software interfering with this operation

Well, can only speak to 2 M-Class Apple Computers both upgraded from Big Sur to Monterey 12.5.1 over a 50 MB down and 10 MB Up limits.

Any of those Dynamic Desktop took seconds to down
