ARD and Monterey 12.5.1 on Mac Studio.

I can't manage Mac Studio Max with Apple Remote Desktop 3.9.5

I have 2 classroom with Mac Studio and when there is no user login, I can't manage (sent file, restart, control ...) the computer. On classroom with Intel Mac, everything go well.

System is 12.5.1

But when I use Apple Remote Desktop 3.9.5 on Big Sur, I can control the 2 Mac Studio classroom.

Someone got the same problem or have any idea how to resolve it ?

Apple Remote Desktop error I need to find out why ARD 3.9.5 will not connect to any Apple MacBook Air 10,1 "M1" with Monterey 12.#. I receive the following error. "connectionFailed - severUnabletoReadScreenMessage". We have purchased hundreds of the M1's for our school district and every single one of them give this message when trying to connect. Everything in the System Preferences is correct and any other Macbook with the same settings will allow me to connect. I tried playing around with Remote Management and Remote Login but everything I have tried does not help. I am trying to log in with our Local Admin account which is created when we image our Macbooks with Jamf.

Using Chrome Remote Desktop when user not logged on I recently switched from a iMac running OS7 to a Mac Mini with the M1 chip. On my iMac, I was able to leave the Mac on with no users logged on and I could access it from another computer (Mac or PC) using Chrome Remote Desktop. Now that I have the Mac Mini with the M1 chip, when the Mac is on with no one logged on, it appears as offline within Chrome Remote Desktop. When I log onto the Mac mini, then it appears as online within CRD and I can remote onto it. This Mac has multiple users, so I can't leave it logged in as one user all the time to be able to access it remotely. I want to be able to access it using CRD, then log in with my credentials like I used to do on the iMac. Is there a setting that needs to be changed to allow this? I have tried everything I can think of to allow me to do this.
