Yesterday there was a message in my menu bar (top right) that said "Your screen is being observed" Sup?

I'm running Monterey 12.5.1

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.2

Could be screen sharing, you're using AirPlay, An app that you have installed is recording your screen, you triggered screen capture (possibly by keyboard command), etc. It sound more ominous than it is.
