Airtags not connecting on iphone but work on other devices like mac

So my air tags stopped showing up on my iphone's find my app however they still appeared on other devices like my mac and ipad. i tried everything i could find online but no solution was found to fix this. what I did now is reset the airtags so i could reconnect them to my iphone that partially worked as it works on my iphone find my app but now it doesnt work on the rest.

now on my mac in the find my app the old devices are still showing up but the location is no longer updating and the new devices that i readded after resetting the airtags are not showing up. also am not able to remove/delete the old devices on the mac i cant find any option to do it.
