Sounds like you're looking for some options in Control Center that aren't appearing as expected. We'd be happy to help out.
These options will only appear when using an app that supports them. Specifically this would be apps that have access to the camera and/or microphone.

If you need to make changes to the options you're seeing in Control Center, you can do so with these steps:
How to add a control
1. Go to Settings > Control Center.
2. Tap the Add button.
From here, you can also turn on Access Within Apps, so that when you're using an app, you can still open Control Center.
