Activation Required: Dismiss

This morning after charging my phone overnight as usual this message is on my screen and will not go away. I cannot hard reboot the phone as pop up message won't allow it. I have tried connecting to my computer but that won't work as I need to trust it on my phone but I cannot get past the pop up message.

I have used this iPhone 13 for quite awhile without issues. I have update the phone to the latest iOS 15.6.1. Any other suggestions that I can do myself?

So since I had nothing else to do this morning I just kept hitting the Dismiss button. It finally went away. I did have to sign into my Apple ID again after that but it seems that now I have my phone back. Very strange though.
