Every single night, around 10pm my iPhone stops using data and stays like that until about 7am. I don't have wind down set. I tried resetting network settings, rebooting a ship load of times and it still does not work. iPhone is also up to date. That is so annoying and every time that I am out and need GPS to head somewhere I have to rely on someone else's phone.

If it's the case that only certain apps are not working, see if there are any restrictions or Screen Time limits set on your iPhone Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
When this happens see if it shows you are connected to cellular at the top of your phone.
If it continues, as mobile data is through your carrier, contact your wireless carrier Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone.

My data works fine, and the outage applies to all apps, including iMessages. I don't have kids so I have never used parental controls. Like I said, the outage happens every night, between 10pm and 7am. It is as if I have down time activated, but I don't.
And, really? "No service"? I would not be asking this question here if my phone did not have service. The issue is with my phone, not the carrier.
