I couldn’t figure out the password to my old Apple Watch and I disabled it! When I go to pair on my I phone i have no memory of the Apple Watch on my phone so it won’t let me reset through the Apple Watch app!

Remove the Activation Lock Here.

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
