I can not get the option to Quit Photos show up for use.

working in photos. Tried to quit photos and can not get the option. ?

iMac 24″, macOS 12.5

Use Force Quit (under the Apple Menu)

hey my friend. That did it. I was afraid that if I used the force quit the machine might turn orange and explode or something. thanks. I am a newbie at Mac. Had Windows/Dell before. Thanks again.
