How can I get a feature request for the mail app??

I request that the preference for mail rules permit a search for a pattern in the open rule set. Or at least permit a sort of the different items so you have hopes of finding the desired item. I have an extensive rule set - compiled over many years - I have a terminal script to review my (sorted) rules, but it's very difficult to find the matching rule In the mail.app. I need a search/sort. Of course it would be convenient if there was a way to move a rule item up or down so I could sort them as is permitted it the main rule page.
