Accessing epic emr crashes via Citrix workspace on iPadOS

I use Citrix workspace app on iPadOS to access hospital epic emr and it crashes randomly but usually within the first 5-10 min. I am currently using an iPad Air 4th gen. Weird thing is, when I use Citrix workspace app on iOS (my iPhone), it never crashes. When I use Citrix workspace app on macOS (MacBook Pro 13” m1), it never crashes. When I use Citrix workspace app on windows pc, it never crashes. ONLY when I use Citrix workspace app on iPadOS, does it crash… I’m wondering if the amount of ram is affecting it, was going to try an iPad Pro 3rd gen.. thoughts?

Ok, it’s been a little while and I think I’ve figured out what causes the crashing: there are 2 settings on the ipadOS version of citrix that are NOT on either the iOS or macOS versions. These settings are “Touch Enable” and “Fullscreen Window”. They are found under “settings (top right gear icon” -> “advanced” screen. They are ENABLED by default. If you DISABLE both settings, epic EMR works FLAWLESSLY, not one crash since doing this. So, I think this is the best answer to solving this issue
