i tried everything that was said in the article but still no notes were recovered

hi, i recently had all my notes removed from my phone for no reason, there was about 5 years worth of very important notes that i had on my iphone 11, that have disappeared.

i tried everything that was said on the apple help article but to no avail, in desperate need of help.
