So I bought 10$ itunes gift card and went to my tab to buy procreate which is 9.99$ but as I tapped to buy that app, it says insufficient funds. I was confused and tried to do a bit of research and found out that apple charges a bit more than that.
I am confused as to why do I have to pay a bit more? and how much do they charge? :')

You forgot the government's cut, known as taxes.
They could've just set the actual price including tax and the app's fee. Then it wouldn't have confused me and I would've bought the right I tunes gift card. What do you think?
