Apple Watch se has had a happy new year notification ever since I bought it

So I bought my Apple Watch se back in June I think and it’s had a notification saying happy new year on it ever since then, I’ve tried force restarting it but I’m not sure how to fix it.

Why would there be a special case like these two, with no direct option to disable the feature? The issue has persisted for a few years, but I worry Apple doesn't even know it's a problem because online user groups tend to dismiss it with "lol just wait a day." But there shouldn't ever be a notification that cannot be dismissed, or disabled completely.

Recover Apple Watch Warning When No Apple Watch Owned Neither My wife nor I own, or ever have owned, an Apple Watch, but keep receiving Recover Apple Watch warning. The notifications started approximately 2 days ago. She has an iPhone 10 and I have an iPhone 8. How can I stop getting the notifications? I have checked the BT and no watches are discoverable and I have completely deleted the Apple Watch app with no affect.

No birthday message on apple watch :( For years I have gotten a birthday message on my various apple watches. I actually really look forward to it lol. Today I did not get one on my apple watch 6 running the latest os. I haven't changed anything and notifications/calendar/contact are still the same..anyone else?
