Frozen mac screen
I was using my MacBook and suddenly the screen completely froze while I was full screen in an app. I looked online for how to fix it but I think I may have messed it up.. how can I fix it??

Successfully Quitting an App:
Seems you need for Force Quit this app.
Two steps:
I. Using [command + tab]:
Use [command +tab] to get to Finder (the smileyface). Then, Force Quit the App. Read my User Tip: [command+tab] Use it to Access your Mac when Something is Not Responding - User Tip
II. Using Force Quit:
See if this applications open. If that is the case, save what need be (if possible), and then Force Quit.
Hi,
Hold down the power button for up to 10 seconds until the Mac shuts down, then start up normally.
