Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference to kick off June 10 at 10 a.m. PDT with Keynote address

The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Frozen screen

the screen isn’t cracked and the Mac book is running because I can click on Spotify ask Siri things etc. but It’s stuck showing this. I’ve tried holding power button it does nothing, it also won’t even shut down for some reason. Was working fine watching YouTube then clicked back to home and screen went black then switch to what it is now

If it is an Intel Mac, then try an SMC Reset.

Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support


Otherwise if holding the power/TouchID button does not power off the laptop, then you will need to take the laptop to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined to provide you with a repair estimate. Unfortunately there is no SMC Reset for an M1/M2 Mac with Apple Silicon since Apple. Since Apple does not allow users to disconnect the battery, there are no other options.
