Connecting Toshiba Printer
I am not able to find a driver to install Toshiba studio 2323am printer on my MacBook pro(M1,2020)

At least according to a product brochure (found via https://www.toshibatec.co.uk/workplace-solutions/products-and-solutions/mfps-and-printers/e-studio2823am-series), an e-STUDIO2323AM appears to be supported by Windows systems only.
However, this may not completely rule out other solutions. I would suggest that you contact Toshiba locally and ask them about how to use a Mac with the printer model in question.
