Automatic Live Wallpapers

Is it possible to have a live photo as wallpaper and not need to press down to watch it? I know androids can essentially have videos as both home and Lock Screen that play over and over but my iPhone can’t do it?? Not even through a third party can I achieve this. Like actually what’s the point of the live wallpaper if I have to press it to watch it? Seems like a feature Apple should add if not already
