I can't set Live wallpaper on iPhone 12 mini

Now it is not possible to install live wallpapers at all. The "hold on lock screen to change wallpaper" feature is useless! The hold was for Live Photos on the lock screen, not this one..

And is there a way to still put live wallpaper on the lock screen?

With iOS 16, Live Wallpapers are no longer supported, so no, there is no way to put a live wallpaper on the lock screen.
