I wanted to sell this product, the person who was going to buy it saw a symmetrical curvature where the screen and keyboard case were and gave up. It is impossible to make this symmetrical curve with external factors such as normal falling, impact, etc. I'm wondering if it's factory faulty and can I use the warranty?

I didn't get away with selling it, for God's sake. I tried to understand the situation, I shouldn't have asked. You said before that Apple does not participate here, now you sound like an apple official. get a life.

My future brother, if you saw this post, I will reply. Apple officials said that they have never encountered such a problem statement at the factory, but they found it interesting that the symmetry of the case was bent in the same way. He said that it could be bent not only from dropping the case, but also from the escaping of food crumbs, any object between the parts where the screen and keyboard meet.

I had a macbook air m1, sold it today. The buyer was a professional buyer. he was buying the product to buy and resell and he didn't see any hardware or aesthetic problems, but it hadn't caught my attention until now. It seems impossible for it to be damaged with the same symmetry on both sides. I sold it very cheap without knowing whether it was a factory defect or not. I am attaching a photo of it.

I buy refurbished devices from Apple - those are second hand. They would not look like that.

As for your last comments:

Why would you expect an answer? Unless we were engineers at Apple, or actually bought a device to test it by dropping it on the floor, there is no way to give you an answer.

We are other users and cannot determine factory defects. We do not work for Apple.

Why wouldn't an engineer from Apple answer here?

Why answer if you don't have a complete idea?

I wrote this so that if someone is in such a situation, maybe they can explain why.

I know this as a community of people who have the same problems with the same situation. Reading a random comment from a random person is ineffective

I really think you should start a new Discussion. If you ask specific questions you will get specific answers.

It doesn't matter what other people think. You bought what you assert is a defective Mac, but instead of returning it, you chose to sell it at a loss? Any warranty became irrelevant at that point.

None of this makes any sense to me.

If the buyer is satisfied what's the problem. It looks perfect fine to me and at any rate, you don't do this kind of examination with simple iPhone pictures.

What you wanting to do is still not clear. I think you're dreaming up problems where there are none.

None of this is making sense to me. I think if there is a problem, you and the buyer and all other parties should get together and work it out ... whatever it is. This forum is not a mediator based entity, we offer techical assistance. The political stuff is all on you.

Someone summed up what I meant above.

1-Is this a common deformation situation, can there be such a tendency symmetrically?

2-It could be (was) a factory defect

3-Yes, I know it has already been sold. Isn't the purpose of this place "brother, does this happen on your macbook too"?

4-People are really chaotic.

5-If someone experiences the same event, sees this page, which one of us will be more useful to explain?
