I have a new iphone 13 pro - why can't I just set a NORMAL alarm, without the Health App?

Iphone makes alarm setting be for tomorrow Randomly setting the alarm on iPhone 11 makes it go to the next day. It says change settings in health which i don't understand. alarm linked to Health app with IOS 16.2 I’m retired snd no longer traveling so wake alarms are far less important to me. I went to my Clock app recently to set an alarm and discovered I had to jump thru many hoops to set up an alarm in Health app. How long has this foolishness been going on, and how can I just set an alarm in Clock? Apple: sometimes simple is better sbd you just leave well enough alone.
