Iphone makes alarm setting be for tomorrow

Randomly setting the alarm on iPhone 11 makes it go to the next day. It says change settings in health which i don't understand. All i want is to set the alarm for whatever time i want - it may be a 3 hour nap or resetting it in the early morning hours. How to fix?

iPhone 11, iOS 16
