turning off auto run //
so many programs are showing up when i open IMAC
people say change the setting at User & group -> put (-) at Login items,
at mine, it doesn't show anything and it's getting annoying

Any programs you leave open will reopen when you boot unless you uncheck these when restarting or shutting down.
