Rocky macbook

I got my macbook air 2 weeks ago but I only started noticing now that it is very rocky even when I use it on a flat surface. The right side seems to be floating when placed flat on a table and I am not sure how to fix this. I believe this problem is associated with the uneven rubber feet on the base of the laptop.

Am I entitled to get a replacement macbook for this issue, or get the rubber feet replaced by Apple for that matter?
