blocked iphone been scammed

last week i bought what i believed was a genuine iphone 13 all boxed and had 100% battery health. It was from facebook and the seller delivered to my house. 2 days later it lost service took it into local shop to be told it’s been reported lost or stolen. I accept i’ve been scammed and realise i wont be get a refund as been blocked by seller. What should i do now regarding action to stop them getting insurance or new phone on insurance. tell apple the police etc.

I have been into apple store and purchased a new 13 on financial plan as i gave my old X to a family member.
