Where’s the region for Pridnestovie? I dont see it!
I wanted to update my region to Pridnestrovie, but I can’t find it! Why is this so, and what can I do?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that is technically officially a part of Moldova at this time. So you would need to select Moldova.
If you wish for Apple to offer a specific region for Pridnestovie, then offer feedback at https://www.apple.com/feedback
But prepared to wait for that to happen until official international recognition is realized.
