I have somehow turned off several apps that use Bluetooth

I have somehow turned off several apps that use Bluetooth. My Fitbit is no longer able to sync. I was messing around and turning stuff off but now I can’t figure out how to turn it back on. In settings under Bluetooth it showed as connected but it wasn’t syncing. There are other place where “Bluetooth” shows as faded and I can’t toggle it back on.

What place? Where exactly did you play around with bluetooth? Its hard to help if we don't know what you did.

You can try going into Settings->Privacy->Bluetooth and make sure the apps are turned on there so they can use Bluetooth.
