Bluetooth stopped seeing my Fitbit

iOS 13.1.3 iPad Air 2

was previously seeing all my Bluetooth connections. Restarted many times, checked privacy, “forgot” the Fitbit device in Bluetooth— still will only see my Bluetooth keyboard, not my Bluetooth scale or inspire Fitbit. I was just using my Fitbit when it stopped. Scale stopped ten days ago. How to get them to pair?
