itunes

I went to open itunes and I got a warning that said "Your Previous version of itunes must be removed before continuing. Would you like to remove it now?". I went to itunes to try and and find an answer or even download a newer version but it tells me I have the latest version. Why is itunes doing this to me? How do i get music on my iphone now? Using Windows 10.
