how to set up family sharing without a mac or iphone

Would like to set up family sharing for our apple tv subscription, but don't have a mac or iphone. My kids do, but I don't. Is there any way to set up family sharing?

Depending on the age of your kids, one adult among them might be able to set up the group and invite the others.

The organizer and the subscriber can be two different group members.
