I cannot watch certain movies on the applets app on my television. Why?

The app on my tv will not allow me to watch some movies. It tells me to log in but I’m already logged in. I don’t know what to do.

On what device do you have the Apple TV app?

What movie are you trying to watch?

iTunes Store movies require buying or renting that title on the Apple ID account matching the sign-in.
Apple TV+ movies require an Apple TV+ subscription. Get Apple TV+ - Apple Support
